What are your hours of operation?
We are open 24/7/365 to handle all of your towing and wrecker service needs. Accidents don’t take vacations and neither does our service. Call us anytime you need us and we’ll have someone on the way quickly as possible.
Our office and storage lot hours are Mon. – Fri. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM excluding holidays. Vehicles released after these hours will be subject to an after hour release fee.
What information do you need to tow my vehicle?
We’ll need to know where the vehicle is, where it is going, the make/model/color, why it is being towed, your contact information, and how you plan on paying.
Do I need to be with my vehicle to have it towed?
You do not need to be with your vehicle as long as you provide us access to the keys and arrange a payment method prior to your service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, money orders/cashier’s checks, and personal checks from approved parties.
Can you bill my insurance company?
While we work closely with every major insurance provider we do not bill them on your behalf. You are responsible for the towing service and we will provide you the appropriate documentation for you to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.
My vehicle was impounded, how do I get it back?
In order to retrieve a vehicle from our impound lot, the owner of the vehicle will need to bring their driver’s license, proof of ownership (registration), proof of insurance, and payment for the fees associated with the impounding. We cannot release the vehicle to anyone other than the registered owner.
